Responsible for resident relations, accounts receivable, lease violations, evictions, inspection, vacancies and move-ins. Works  with Maintenance Managers to expedite work orders, unit turnovers and compliance with all city, state and federal regulations.

Melinda Anderson, Senior Property Manager, Commercial, Condos & HOA’s
Oversees and manages the day to day operations of the Home Owner & Condominium Owner Associations. Works with the HOA/COA Board Members to develop and enforce procedures that improve the operating quality and efficiency of the properties. Involved with A/R, budgets and special projects. Manages multiple commercial buildings from Kennebunk to Lewiston, Maine.
Taylor Turner, Property Manager
Oversees and manages the day to day operations of the residential housing portfolio. Certified with Maine DEP, OSHA and DOT his role is to keep the company current in all laws and regulations that effect operations and overall job safety.
