Responsible for resident relations, accounts receivable, lease violations, evictions, inspection, vacancies and move-ins. Works  with Maintenance Managers to expedite work orders, unit turnovers and compliance with all city, state and federal regulations.

Certified with Maine DEP, OSHA and DOT his role is to keep the company current in all laws and regulations that effect operations and overall job safety.
